1. When did you start watching?
I first saw a clip sometime in the summer of 06, and that was Rose's 'final' scene (which had me in tears even though I had no idea wtf was going on), but I didn't actually start watching it untill around when the Shakspear Code was aired. I'd heard about the Harry Potter refrence and searched for it, I noticed that Rose wasn't there so I went and did some quick research about the show (just so that I'd have some idea what was going on) and started watching from David's first episode onwards, then later watched series one.
1a. Why?
*cough and points up*
2. What was your first episode?
The Christmas Invasion. The PJ line was the first thing that made me laugh on the show.
3. Which episodes have you seen?
All NuWho, except the most recent one.
One William Hartnell story (Susan's last episodes).
Three Patrick Troughten stories one with Jamie and Victoria and two with Jamie and Zoe.
As many of Jon Pertwee's stories as I could get my hands on (I love the UNIT/Jo Grant years).
I think all the stories with Harry Sullivan in them for the Tom Baker years.
Two Peter Davidson stories, both with Tegan and the frisky ginger who's name I can't spell.
One Colin Baker one, who isn't that bad a Doctor but he the most ANNOYING campanion EVER.
One Sylvester McCoy story, his last one if fact as well as it being the last episode of OldWho.
And the Movie....you know, where the Doctor gets raped by New York or wherever the hell he was suppose to be.
3a. Favourite?
For OldWho, I love Daemons, Flashpoint, The Green Death (I think that's what it's called), Robot, the Ark in space, and survival.
NuWho, Fear Her, Turn Left, Blink, Utopia, TIP/SP, Idiot's Lanturn, The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances, Doomsday.
4. Are your friends/family interested in the show?
My Mom watches it with me, and my Grandfather and his wife are totally into it. As for my friends....well, a few. The rest think I'm mad.
5. Which Doctor is your favourite?
Tennant. Without a doubt.
And Classic Who, I'd have to say I loved Jon Pertwee.

7. Which TV companion is your favourite?
I loved Rose the most.
Felt the closest to Donna.
GUSHED over the Brig and his epic awesome.
Cried when I found out that Harry Sullivan was dead (he was my favourite Classic companion).

8. Which TV companion is your least favourite?
Peri and Mel..OMG they were annoying!

N/A

13. Do you watch any of the spinoffs (e.g. Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures)?
Torchwood!
13a. Which is your favourite?
Torchwood.
14. Is there any particular episode/book/audio/comic you desperately want to watch/listen to/read?

Fandom
1. Do you write fanfic for Doctor Who?
Yup
1a. If so, post a snippet of a work-in-progress (or several)!
I don't really have any WIP except the one that I need to post soon. But here's some snippits of my finished works.
This is from 2012
His breath caught in his throat as he watched Rose getting attacked by the scribble creature. His past self rushed up and helped her, then embraced her in a bone-crushing hug. Suddenly his arms felt empty. He rubbed his chest slowly, it was sore. They gathered the ‘scribble specimen’ and headed back to the Tardis with the ghost of the future following. While the past Doctor seemed overly inversed in the little mound of lead, the future Doctor sat on a rooftop as they walked by and… wait. A grin spread across his face. While his past self placed the scribble in his pocket Rose appeared, no, she definitely checked out his bum. They stepped into the Tardis, leaving a now rather big-headed Doctor outside, smiling to himself for finding a new memory within an old one.
And this is from Happy Birthday, Rose Tyler
"C'mon." he said taking her hand and leading her to the doors. Rose could tell by his voice that he was trying to repress his excitement. He stood with his back to the Tardis doors and told her to close her eyes.
"Why?" she asked. The Doctor merely made a tutting sound and placed his hands over her eyes. "It's a surprise!" he whispered, now turning her around and opening the door with one hand, while the other was still placed carefully over Roses eyes. "Alright, careful… now take six, no, five steps to your right."
Rose laughed a little at what he was doing. He was standing directly behind her, making it difficult to move but he had her enthusiasm at an all-time high. "Can I open my eyes yet?"
"Hang on…wait for it---" Slowly he began to lift his hands of her eyes. "Now!"
Rose opened her eyes and gasped at the view. "Happy Birthday, Rose Tyler." He whispered right into her ear, his hands still on her shoulders.

3. Recommend a fanfic/icon/fanvid/fancomic/fancreation!
I'm sure most of you already have read all the aweomse stuff on LJ, so I'll link you to some amazing fics on FF
-Simple Gifts by Jessa L' Rynn (Very bittersweet, but hopeful. With some help from an old companion, I LOVE this one)
The Doctor knows what he is and what he did, what he always does. He has come to a decision, but when he stops to talk after Journey's End, a new Journey, to see the path behind him, begins.
- Martian Man and Donna Dunghead by Dollybelleol'whatserface (So funny, and perfect, I cannot recommend it enough!!)
What do I want a spatula for' he asked her, incredulously" The Doctor and Donna hear a noise coming from Rose's old room in the middle of the night. They investigate, causing Donna to conclude that the Doctor still isn't over Rose. Quite right, too.
- The Stowaway by Emmylou ( A MUCH better version of VotD)
The Doctor crashes into the Titanic in time to find the whole ship under a Mummy’s curse, and a waitress with a message about Rose. My version of Voyage of the Damned. TenRose.
- Linear Loop by bookEnd ( My favourite Sarah/Harry fic)
Living a linear life just means that time travel takes a bit longer.
- Go On by Fayth3 (The greatest cure for that pent up anger towards the GitF episode)
Rose has some issues after Girl in the fireplace she goes to one person who can understand.
- I need you by Fayth3 (If you're angry at Ten and all you want is the comfort of Nine, than this is the fic for you. Love to both Doctors)
Ten has screwed up, and for once, the whole of space and time might not be enough to make Rose stay.
- The Saxon Chronicles by excentryke ( after reading this, I shipped Lucy/Harry so bad, it hurt)
Brief Sketches of Harold Saxon and various aspects of his life on earth.
- Virtues of voyeurism by Fayth3 (Whenever I feel really shippy,I dig this up and re-read it. FTW)
Sometimes when you can't sleep you see things that you shouldn't. Ten&Nine&Rose.
- A Little Retail Therapy by Uh.yeah (JUST TO BE HAPPY FLUFF)
WARNING: Do not read if you cannot stand Denial, pointless randomness, silliness or blatant TenRose
